What is Inva?

Updated April 25, 2026

Inva is a silent, automated observer designed specifically to help contractors keep track of what happens on their construction sites. If you run your sites using WhatsApp groups, Inva is built entirely for you.

The Problem We Solve

When you have supervisors, material suppliers, truck drivers, and accountants all communicating in a single WhatsApp group, crucial information gets buried. A supervisor confirms 150 bags of cement arrived at 9 AM, but by 5 PM, that message is lost under 40 other messages, photos, and voice notes. When it's time to pay the supplier at the end of the week, disputes happen.

The supplier says they delivered 200 bags, the supervisor says 150, and you have to scroll through days of chat to find the truth. Inva solves this by acting as a silent bookkeeper that lives directly inside your WhatsApp group.

How It Works

Inva is just a phone number. You add it to your existing site WhatsApp group, just like you would add a human being. Once added, Inva does absolutely nothing to disrupt your group. It does not reply, it does not send 'Good Morning' messages, and it does not show blue ticks. It stays in absolute 'Stealth Mode'.

Behind the scenes, Inva reads the messages in the group and understands what they mean. If an accountant writes 'Paid 12,000 to logistics', Inva notes it. If a supervisor writes 'maal aaya' (material arrived), Inva flags it as a delivery. Every single morning at exactly 8:00 AM, Inva sends you—the business owner—a private, neatly formatted summary of everything that was confirmed, paid, or flagged the previous day.

What Inva Does NOT Do

We believe in absolute privacy and focus. Inva does not have an app you need to download. It does not require a complex dashboard. Furthermore, Inva has zero access to your personal contacts, your personal chats, or any group you haven't explicitly added it to.

It only has eyes on the specific work groups where you invite it, and it only reports back to the registered owner's number.
